Inspired by a wide range of subjects which I respond to in watercolour, oils, acrylic and pastel.Inspired by a local painting class in Somerset and started painting at that point, exploring as many media as possible. Mostly painted at home but joined several short courses - one in New Zealand with an inspiring teacher and others in the West of Ireland. Moved from Somerset to Ireland and painted with a group of friends - outdoors and indoors, sharing knowledge and ideas and became particularly interested in landscape.
